Charred Cinder Birchvented gas logs

The collection in detail

A charred cinder birch look, with the component references beside it.

Charred Cinder Birch belongs to the Cinder collection, whose presentation centers on exposed embers, decorative chunks and burnt detailing with black embers. The birch design is CNDB; Cinder Oak CNDO and Cinder Split CNDS are separate styles within that collection. The current manufacturer table prices 18-, 24- and 30-inch CNDB sets and expressly identifies G4, G45 and G46 compatibility for the Cinder range. That gives you several burner routes to compare, but each still has its own controls and fireplace requirements. A useful replacement request includes the existing burner model as well as the desired log width. The early brochure described a staged introduction of the Cinder designs; the current 2026 table already lists Birch, so that older wording is not a current lead-time or stock promise.

• CNDB is Cinder Birch; CNDO and CNDS are different Cinder designs.
• Current listed log sizes are 18, 24 and 30 inches.
• G4/G45/G46 family compatibility is explicit; the selected complete model still governs fit.

The priced selections shown here pair this family with G4, G45, GX45, G46 burner references where the manufacturer table documents compatibility. The available fuel choices are natural gas and propane. Controls listed in this family include match-lit natural gas, manual standing pilot, on/off remote, variable remote, electronic on/off remote, manual safety pilot.

The practical boundary

A beautiful flame still needs a suitable chimney.

A vented selection requires the fireplace and operating venting specified by the exact appliance. Heat leaves through that required venting. Choose this system for the open-fire experience, with the chimney condition and permanent venting provisions reviewed before installation.

The nominal 18 / 24 / 30-inch labels describe the offered set sizes. They do not establish the minimum firebox width, depth or opening height. Different control assemblies can change the space required.
